Since 2011, we have been producing our delicious gourmet olives, all stuffed by hand and made with love.

After 15 years of experience working in the food service industry Angela started offering her olives as a healthy snack alternative for hungry Calgarians.

Using only the finest olives shipped from all over the world! Each olive is carefully soaked in water to remove the excess sodium and stuffed by hand. Using only the highest quality, fresh and local ingredients – like Canadian cheese, whole roasted almonds, garlic, lemon, anchovy and pimento – we create our many different olives and olive spreads.
